CDE General Assembly10/04/2013

200 stakeholders in Monaco’s economy at the CDE’s Annual General Meeting. On 10 April, members of the Monaco Chamber of Economic Development approved their association’s annual report and programme. Special guest of the CDE, Government Minister for Finance and the Economy, Jean Castellini who attended the AGM and gave a speech.  The Annual General Meeting reported on a very active year in 2012, with 52 events in Monaco and abroad (compared to 48 in 2011 and 43 in 2010), all targeted actions to support the CDE’s main missions to seek new investors and support the development of Monaco companies. Ambassador’s Lunch Slovakia04/04/2013

Around 50 Monaco entrepreneurs were at the Columbus Monte-Carlo on Thursday 4 April to learn more about opportunities with Slovakia, a country with great potential and many advantages, which is geographically close to Monaco and a reasonable size. Organised at the request of the Slovakian Ambassador, the CDE operation fulfilled its goal: to provide initial targeted contact with Monegasque businessmen and women. Economy & Environment: CleanEquity Monaco 2013 07/03/2013 - 08/03/2013

Thirty-five cleantech* companies were at the Sporting d’Hiver on 7 and 8 March to present the latest generation environmental technologies to around 200 delegates. They included entrepreneurs, decision-makers, the media, and most importantly of all private and public investors from all over the world.
