Organisation

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is the CDE’s representative body, and determines the organisation’s strategic direction.

Its 12 members are selected in such a way as to ensure that the main partners, CDE member companies and the public sector are well represented.

Half of them are elected for a period of three years by CDE members at the Annual General Meeting.

The other half are nominated by Monegasque institutions, ex-officio members and the Monaco Government.

Once formed, the 12 members of the Steering Committee elect the CDE’s Board, namely the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary General and Treasurer.

Permanent staff

Comprising 10 people, the CDE’s permanent team of staff is divided into three departments:

Membership Development and Services is responsible for organising activities that are increasingly better tailored to members’ needs, particularly in terms of their national and international development.

Investment and Promotion is dedicated to the promotion of Monaco’s economy to attract new investors to the Principality.

The Central Department, reporting directly to the Chairman, brings together all the cross-company services, such as administration and finance, communication and international procedures.
